Meals are carefully prepared and packaged.  Our soup is then blast-frozen to lock in  freshness and preserve flavor integrity. Sent frozen, our soup meals are packaged to arrive fresh and should be refrigerated immediately. Your recipient can warm and enjoy their meal within 3-5 days or freeze it to enjoy later. You can choose shipping speeds including Standard Shipping (2-3 business days), 2-day Shipping,  and Overnight Express options. Please be aware that shipping times may be affected by  weather or shipping network events beyond our control. 

 Spoonful of Comfort ships care packages throughout the United States—including  houses, condos, apartments, and even care centers. Your recipient does not need to be  present to receive a package, but be aware that we don’t deliver to P.O. boxes. UPS and  FedEx can often leave packages at a front desk or in a receiving area inside a building.
